Registration is easy. You are free to register online or by mail. [PDF form]

• Registration includes a free cotton t-shirt and all finishers will recieve a free moisture-wicking, microfiber running shirt
• Entry fee is $50.00 postmarked by Saturday, February 6, 2010 and $70.00 thereafter
• Carbo-loading supper is $10.00 per person in advance or $15.00 at the door - Sommer Al-Kasser will be preparing the carbo meal this year
• Busses to the Start leave from the Bald Rock Lodge located in Cheaha State Park at 6:05 a.m. CST and Cheaha State Park Hotel promptly at 6:15 am CST and race starts at 7:30 a.m. CST
• No transportation will be available back to the starting line after race start
• Participants must be 18 or older
• Race is limited to 160 runners
• No refunds on entry fees
